At Atelier NEORAH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
